There are even multiple stories of them sending out the wrong item but refusing to do anything to rectify the situation.

Orders have always been within 1 day to 2 weeks depending of where it was coming from in the country etc. They're also in the business of giving out fake tracking numbers. They never had it in stock. After I received the tools (everything was as ordered) I rang the sales person and thanked them. Well I made the mistake of paying a deposit & getting them to order me a tool that was not on their shelf even though I showed the salesman on my phone that it said in stock.
